Weekly or monthly: which office cleaning contract to pick
How often a Bangor office actually needs cleaning, and how a weekly or fortnightly contract changes the price.

The right contract follows how the building is used, not a package name. A small office used a few days a week can stay presentable on a monthly visit. A busy office with a kitchen and daily meetings usually needs a clean every week, or at least every 2 weeks.
Write down the rooms, the day, and the time. Then compare the price per visit, not only the monthly total. A weekly clean costs more across the month, but each visit should be cheaper than booking the same work once.
What the discount is for
Regular work lets a cleaning company plan the same team and the same route. At Saarathi Services, cleaning every 2 weeks is 5% off the visit price, and every week is 10% off. A one-off or monthly visit stays at the listed price.
For a medium office at £100 a visit, a weekly contract is £90 a visit. A large office at £150 is £135 a visit on a weekly contract. Extra-large buildings, over 10 rooms, are quoted from £225 after we see the site.
Review it after the first month
After four weekly visits, or one monthly visit, check whether the kitchen, washrooms, and floors are staying at the standard you wanted. It is easier to add a room or move from monthly to fortnightly than to live with a contract that does not match the building.
Saarathi Services is based in Bangor. Office and commercial cleaning starts from £70, with a free site visit and a quote within 24 hours.
